Michael F. Frank is a litigation and trial lawyer who has extensive litigation experience in the following areas: family law (dissolutions, paternity, custody, support and Marvin actions), intellectual property, business, and general commercial and civil litigation.
Mr. Frank has tried in excess of 100 jury and court trials and has two published California Appellate cases in the areas of attorney fees and arbitrations. Mr. Frank has testified as an expert witness and served as a mediator on family law matters.
In 1975, Mr. Frank graduated with a B.S. degree in Mathematics-Computer Science from the Engineering Department from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 1986 with honors and was awarded the American Jurisprudence award in Contracts.
